Joe Cavalli, Notary Public

Joe Cavalli, Notary Public

Joe Cavalli is a commissioned California Notary Public serving the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, Oakland, and surrounding East Bay communities. Born and raised in the East Bay, Joe has maintained his notary commission since October 2015 and provides reliable mobile notary services, loan signings, and apostille document support for individuals, families, and businesses.

In addition to his work as a traveling notary, Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Chico in Spring 2024. While at Chico State, he led bi-weekly Biological Psychology study groups supporting non-native English-speaking students, contributed to collaborative research projects, and presented a meta-analysis on the effects of social media and screen time on young people. He also completed four semesters of German language study.

Joe’s academic background strengthens his attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism—qualities that are essential when handling sensitive legal and financial documents such as power of attorney forms, real estate packages, and notarized statements for apostille processing.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys cars and guitars. He has a particular interest in muscle cars and 1990s Japanese imports, and he plays indie, rock, and blues guitar.
